Horváth László (Kemenesszentpéter, 1897. márc. 23.–Bp., 1974. okt. 18.) mezőgazdász.<br /> <br /> =Élete=<br /> <br /> Keszthelyen érettségizett, majd tanulmányait a Mosonmagyaróvári Gazdasági Akadémián folytatta, ahol 1919-ben szerzett oklevelet. Segédtiszt, intéző a Szombathelyi Székeskáptalan kemenesszentpéteri és kenyeri uradalmában. 1929-től a győri püspökség szanyi uradalmának intézője, majd főintézője. 1945-től Bábolnán, a kisbéri ménesbirtokon jószágigazgató, 1949-től a Sertéstenyésztési Nemzeti Vállalatnál dolgozott, később a Szarvasi Öntözési és Rizstermesztési Intézet igazgatóhelyettese. 1957-ben nyugdíjazták, de a Földművelésügyi Minisztérium szakoktatási szaktanácsadójaként, valamint a Zsámbéki Termelőszövetkezeti Vezetőképző Intézet előadójaként dolgozott. 1963-tól haláláig az Állattenyésztési Kutatóintézet munkatársa volt. Irányításával a szanyi gazdaság az ország egyik legjobban felszerelt és legsokoldalúbb nagyüzeme volt, terményei és tenyészállatai számtalan országos kiállítás díját nyerték.
